Basic Qigong 11am – 12pm $20
Tai Chi at 12pm- 1pm $30 (This program includes Qigong)

What is Qigong? Qigong can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one’s mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent.
What is Tai Chi? It’s poetry in motion, that revitalizes the body, frees the mind, and Illuminates the spirit, on your way to creating vibrant health and wellness. Our class is designed to create interconnection between mind, body, & spirit. We will be working to build fluidity, flexibility and gentleness of movement, all the while creating a deep profound calmness and mindfulness through the flow of this beautiful art.
This class is perfect for anybody dealing with health issues, mental anxiety and stress, for those just looking for the experience of mindful movement as a meditation.
